Sam Kang was former CEO of Mage of the East, the developer of Chain Chronicle game title. He has over 12 years of experience in game development and project management. Sam has various project management experiences overseeing the development of many famous game titles which include Granado Espada at IMC Games, Dragon Nest at Eyedentity Games (acquired by Shanda Games), and Lineage Eternal at NCSoft.

At GTR, He is currently providing very tangible advices on game startups of GTR in the perspective of GAME PD. He has lots of experience in RPG or mid-core PC and Mobile games.

Seil oversees the investment task at GTR. He advises games studios on company building and fundraising strategies to help them attain long-term sustainability. Seil also dedicates his time on smooth program operation and global communication with studios as well as GTR partners. His previous career includes participating in multiple growth strategy and branding projects at A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting company. He is a proud Canadian soul currently residing in Seoul, and received a B.Com. specializing in finance and economics from the University of Toronto.

Michael is an experienced public service practitioner with legal and academic background. He practiced intellectual property law prior to taking up a policy role in the Victorian Government in 1998, and has since worked at a senior level on cultural, ICT, community and innovation related policies and projects. Michael has developed policy and legislation to stimulate adoption of e-commerce and business uptake of technology as well as policy around ICT industry performance. He has implemented programs in the community sector to improve digital literacy and inclusion, and played a key role in government-wide work about delivery of online services and ICT procurement. For ten years has been responsible for industry policy and programs in design, ICT (including ICT skills), and screen industries.

At Creative Victoria, in the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, he continues to oversee policy and programs for the design and screen sectors, and to work in a team developing the State's first creative industries strategy.

Henry is Founder and CEO of Yodo1 ( www.yodo1.com ), a leading games publisher that helps Indie game developers publish, promote, and monetize their games world wide including hit titles such as Crossy Road, Rodeo Stampede, Ski Safari and Hand of Fate. At Yodo1, he co-produced numerous games including Crossy Road's Multiplayer Game Mode, Robot Entertainment's Hero Academy - China Battle Grounds, Defiant Development's Ski Safari - China Edition. Henry is a frequent presenter at GCAP, GDC and Casual Connect on game design, global marketing and the China games market.

Dave Oshry is the head of the game the dev studio/family known as New Blood Interactive. They're currently working on 6 titles you might know about and 4 you don't. Before that he was the VP of Business Development for GUNNAR eyewear, you know, those yellow glasses that someone in your office wears every day. Before that he was a successful indie marketing and PR gun for hire. And before that he wrote about games for the likes of Kotaku, Joystiq, VG24/7 and more back when writing about games was still fun.

Iain Garner is the Global Director of Developer Relations and Marketing at Another Indie. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the publishing of Another Indie titles and organizing global marketing strategies. Is currently working on SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption and Shots Fired.

A 15 year vet of the games industry, Chris is the founder and Managing Director of indie label Surprise Attack Games and Australia's leading games specialist marketing agency, Double Jump Communications. In his pre-indie life, Chris held multiple roles at THQ Asia Pacific, where he worked on the Australian launches of dozens of games including Saints Row, Psychonauts, Street Fighter IV, and Rub Rabbits (look it up).

Teddy Dief is a game maker, writer, and producer, now Creative Director at Square Enix Montréal. He developed indie success Hyper Light Drifter, and is a co-founder of LA game collective Glitch City. He produces and hosts a variety of productions such as the Playscape Idle Thumbs podcast, the IndieCade Innovation Awards, and Square Bowl. He has designed for Microsoft Studios and Disney Online Studios, specializing in narrative and systems design. He holds a Masters in Interactive Media from the University of Southern California.

Danny is a Founding Partner at GTR Accelerator and at TAB the Momemtum, well known for accelerating and investing small and medium-sized firms. He had professional careers as a game fund manager for &start (http://nstart.nhnent.com/), venture capitalist and professional angel investor for many years. He also experienced various business developments for game and non-game business industries.

Danny envisions in the advanced balance of the mobile game industry, so he has built the GTR Ecosystem with global mobile game specialists and people in relation to mobile games. GTR ecosystem will help indie mobile developers to get more beneficial opportunities for global business.

Peter is a long-time veteran of the industry with nearly a decade of experience designing, developing, publishing, and managing games in the US and South Korea. After receiving an MFA in Interactive Media from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2010, he had the opportunity to make and manage games at Com2uS Korea during the mobile game explosion of 2010-2013. Following Com2uS, he helped to create an international publishing business with SK Planet/npnf, managing production and launching in Korea for games from around the world. At GTR he plans to develop a platform enabling small studios to reach out across the world for players and help guide and support them during development and beyond.

He was former CEO at Com2us USA, leading Com2us' global business and partnerships with global companies such as Google (Play Store), Apple (App Store) and many top Silicon Valley startups resulting in Com2us' success to exceed over $1B market cap and position as one of the most successful Korean mobile game companies in history.

His business network extends from Silicon Valley to Korea as an advisor of a few Silicon Valley startups including Bluestacks, Kochava and Sway Mobile, Seoul Community Director of Kaleidoscope VR, and mentor of Seoul Global Startup Center, G-Startup Worldwide and KOICA, non-profit governmental aid organization in Korea and LEADERS, the first startup accelerator in Palestine. Recently he served as the director of Global Business Team at GCCEI(Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation), a non-profit semi-government startup accelerator in Korea initiated by the former Korean President.

André Bernhardt is extensively experienced within the video games business as he has been a part of the German games industry for 16 years - online as well as offline and mobile. In the beginning of his career he was a producer for classical boxed console and PC-games business with the release of the Playstation 1 at Sony Computer Entertainment. Afterwards he was working for German publishers, e.g JoWood and Sunflowers, before joining RTL Games and focused on "next-gen" console publishing (PS3, X360, Wii, DS, etc.). In 2009 he joined Travian Games in Munich. Since 2012 he has been working as a freelance agent called IndieAdvisor, supporting developers to find a publisher and vice versa. He also teaches at different high schools and frequently lectures at games conferences. Together with his long-time companion Thorsten Unger he founded Target Games.

Thorsten Unger is a serial entrepeneur and an expert in digital media. He is the founder of Wegesrand, a consulting company focusing on digital innovation.
As executive director of the association of the German gaming industry GAME, he campaigns for the industries’ interests with reference to the meaning of games in an economic, social, political and cultural context. He also founded Zone 2 Connect, one of the leading providers of serious games and gamification in Germany.
At Target Games he is responsible for business and strategy development. Thorsten Unger is consulting the German government, institutions and companies as well.
He is a key-note speaker for games-related topics and has published contributions inseveral books. Together with his long-time companion André Bernhardt he founded Target Games.

Rick has vast experiences in growing new businesses set out for global expansion. He has over 14+ years of managerial experience in the field of corporate strategy, business development and operations covering a range of business areas in gaming publishing and monetization in addition to other online businesses from leading corporations such as Electronic Arts, Naver, Hangame and Samsung Electronics.

Rick has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He brings to GTR a solid foundation and understanding of the industry and is committed to help grow the GTR ecosystem.
